1. Buy Online! Send the recipient an emailed gift card or print if off yourself! Here at Revive we are a team that works independently as individual businesses. When purchasing a gift card, you must choose one therapist to purchase the gift card from. That gift card will only be valid with that particular therapist, and will not be able to be used with any other therapist, other than the therapist it was purchased from. The gift cards have no association with Revive as a whole, only the independent therapist you purchased the gift card from. Thank you and if you have any questions, please contact us.
*If there is a specific service you want to buy as an intention for the recipient, in example you want them to get a Thai Massage, be sure to check which therapist is trained in that particular service before choosing who you purchase your gift card with.
2. Call 920-830-7701 or email reviveappleton@gmail.com ahead of time to stop by and pick a gift card up!
3. Email reviveappleton@gmail.com with a detailed message of: Amount, To and From and address that the gift certificate needs to be sent to. Also leave the best number to get a hold of you for payment. We will need payment before the gift certificate gets sent out. To have gift certificates sent out same day we will need an email by 10 am.
