There are 32 bars of energy that run through and around your head that connect to different aspects of your life. We call all of the points you touch when using this modality “The Bars.”

They store the electromagnetic component of all the thoughts, ideas, attitudes, decisions and beliefs that you have ever had about anything.

For example; every thought you have ever had about money that you considered important, the energy of that thought is stored in the Bar called "money."

There are Bars for healing, body, control, awareness, creativity, power, aging, sex and money; 32 different ones in all. Each Bar corresponds with that aspect or area of your life that it is named.

Touch one Bar and you begin to clear away the energy locked up in that area or aspect of your life just by touching it. Add in touching another Bar and you not only get the "issues" from the first Bar, you also begin clearing the "issues" stored in that second Bar. As well you clear all the points of view about those two Bars in relation to each other, allowing for exponential change.

With Nutritional Profiling we, together can eliminate any guess work and build a program specifically designed for your body’s needs.  Muscle testing is an easy method of determining what your body is in need of, along with how many bottles are needed and capsules per day.  You will be educated on each product. 

I use Nature’s Sunshine products, because I believe in them and I know they work.  If you are ready for feeling better, more alive and well.  This is a great opportunity to have a supplement program designed just for you!

Reconnective Healing Session

Accessing Inner Wisdom Counseling Session

There are times when you may need personal attention in a one-on-one setting.  The pace needs to be tailored to fit your unique needs.  In the Accessing Inner Wisdom Counseling, the focus is on allowing your Inner Wisdom to enrich your spiritual growth and help you heal in a way that is best for you.

Everyone has times when they feel anxious, fearful, tense or angry and cannot seem to break loose from it.  You may be experiencing an undesirable habit which seems to control you.  Or your mind may be returning again and again to review a scene which upsets or disturbs you.  You may be experiencing dis-ease and need insight from Inner Wisdom on how to create things differently.

In times like these, it is helpful to be able to work with an Accessing Inner Wisdom Counselor trained to help you access the highest Wisdom within you.  The spiritual counselor can help you gain insight into this situation so you can see it from a higher perspective.  This counseling set the stage for you to take a look at unconscious “thought clusters” which may be behind the discomfort you are experiencing.  After this is brought fully into conscious awareness, the spiritual counselor will help you get back in touch with your inner peace.

This opens the door to let the knowledge of your Inner Wisdom through to help you see the reality surrounding the fear, tension, anxiety or lack of peace.  With the help of your Inner wisdom, your perception is healed.  You are able to see clearly again.  You are able to break through the self-created barriers and take an important step in your awakening process.

In the counseling session, you are helped at your own pace to stimulate discovery of your Inner Wisdom in the most loving and accepting way possible.  You are guided to tap your inner resources and open your channels of inner communication.  As part of this counseling, you will receive an Accessing Inner Wisdom Counseling Sheet.  It provides a record of your goal for the counseling session, what thoughts may block achieving your goal, and the insight received from your Inner Guidance.  This Wisdom will help you see this area of your life with greater awareness.

Relax, and allow the healing qualities of Reiki, Cranial Sacral, crystals, aromatherapy, flower essences and spiritual messages to assist in a unique one of a kind healing experience. This type of healing session provides a warm, secure environment to allow your mind, body and spirit to heal.

This service is not a massage and is done with clothes on.

Therapeutic Energy Massage

 30min/$45, 60min/$75 & 90min/$125

Therapeutic Energy Massage session places attention on your intention.  What is your intention for this session?  As we work together to facilitate healing physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually, other techniques may be used to assist you on your intention.  Generally the massage is completed first and then energy techniques are used to complete the session.  Energy techniques that may be incorporated are; Reiki, cranial sacral, aromatherapy, flower essences, crystals and Spiritual Messages.
